Eleuthera, Bronco and the Exumas, oh my!

Date

Geez, where to start, or back track. We wrapped up Eleuthera with some great waves and meeting some awesome people. Mark and Jade, Chris and his Colorado buddies are some unforgettable people. Laurel and I jumped from Governors Harbor (5$ movie night) to Alabaster Bay. Then we picked up our friend Bronco. He bought a ticket THE day he flew into Rock Sound, Eleuthera. It was a tough 20 yard row to the airport dock to pick him up. While his mind was still blown from the clear water and sunshine we sailed around and snorkeled some coral spearing a few tasty snacks.
The next day we crossed over to the Exumas. The crossing was super peaceful and downwind. The next few days were full of snorkeling, spearing fish, teaching Bronco sailing lingo, eating huge meals and trying to talk our friend into not inhabiting an island. We visited iguanas, corona commercial islands, islands with pigs, wrecked drug planes with fire coral reef and thunderball grotto.
It’s hard describing the last couple weeks, but a lot of things have changed: broken laptop, broken outboard, no more veggies, wind generator still blah and we are on our last bag of goldfish. I guess life could be rougher as we eat grilled snapper with mango salsa and rice and beans.
These last couple days we saw the swimming pigs and went to Staniel Cay. Both islands are once again b e a utiful. As of now my computer is done so the next available photo uploading occasion is questionable. Oh well, another project. Tomorrow we can hopefully fully update it with some good photos.
